The Carver Project & the Catholic Student Center at WashU collaborated on Thursday, October 2nd, to host a captivating evening with Jonathan Lunine (Chief Scientist, Jet Propulsion Lab NASA). Dr. Lunine gave a fascinating lecture on the faith and scientific research of Belgian cosmologist and Catholic priest, Georges Lemaître, who developed what we now refer to as the “Big Bang” theory for the origin of the universe.
